1. Grant of Rights

Upon purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee Master Resell Rights (MRR) to the digital course listed above, including any downloadable materials, templates, or video modules.

The MRR license includes the non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to:

• Resell the course in its original form

• Offer Master Resell Rights to end users

• Collect 100% of the resale income (minus processing fees)

• Use the marketing materials provided for promotional purposes

2. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee may not:

• Alter the original course content (e.g., removing branding, changing structure, editing video/audio files) unless permitted in writing

• Claim authorship or intellectual ownership of the course

• Give away the course for free, whether as a bonus, lead magnet, or in any “freebie” offer

• Offer Private Label Rights (PLR) or giveaway rights unless explicitly granted

• Use the course in any illegal, misleading, or unethical marketing campaigns

3. License Limitations

This MRR license does not include:

• Private Label Rights (PLR) — You cannot rebrand or modify the course as your own

• Exclusive Rights — This course may be sold by other licensees

• Rights to redistribute on public file-sharing platforms or marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, or eBay (unless otherwise approved)

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property in and to the Course remain the sole property of Digital Cash Making. The Licensee is granted a license to distribute, not ownership of the content.

The Licensee agrees not to challenge or dispute the Licensor’s ownership of the Course or its content.

5. Termination of License

The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license without notice if:

• The Licensee violates any term of this agreement

• The Course is used inappropriately or in a manner that damages the Licensor’s reputation

• Fraudulent or misleading marketing practices are employed

In the event of termination, the Licensee must immediately cease distribution and remove access to all Course content and associated materials.

6. No Guarantees

This Agreement does not guarantee any financial success or specific outcome from the resale of the Course. All earnings and business results are the responsibility of the Licensee.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Arizona, Pima County, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing or accepting delivery of the Course, the Licensee acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Distribution of Rights Agreement.
